RYANGUY'S LETTER TO LEO IN SUPPORT OF CALVIN

Leo,

Last night, 11-25-11, Calvin stayed on an extra hour after his shift and kept 37 members entertained. Chat was moving so fast it was hard to keep up. If that doesn’t show that Calvin has what it takes to be a fratman, than I don’t know what does. Just try and name another fratman that can keep 37 members active in chat at that time of hour.

My reasons to keep Calvin:
1. He plans his shows out, he doesn’t sit around and chat.
2. He is devoted to the pad, it’s not just a job and a paycheck to him
3. His heart is in the pad and in all the members
4. He does his job and makes sure there are clean towels all the time
5. He has never been late for a shift, EVER
6. He pays attention to chat, if he misses something he scrolls back or asks the member to repeat it.
7. He pays attention to all members and doesn’t just pick out a few members to chat with.
8. He is a true entertainer, he doesn’t fake who he is, like other fratmen have done.
9. He talks with members about what the members want to talk about, if a member is having a hard time he talks with them. His shows isn’t just about himself, it’s about what the members want and enjoy.
10. He doesn’t dwell on things from the past and resolves things and moves on. He doesn’t keep drama running rampid during his shows, like other fratmen have done over and over.
11. He buys things out of his own pocket to entertain the members and never request any form of repayment from any of the members.
12. He is grateful for the things he gets from members and makes sure that the members sees him use what is sent to him.
13. He truly love the members and the pad
14. Most important is the pad needs Calvin and Calvin needs the pad.

The pad needs Calvins love and experience to teach the new pledges. Calvin wants to be at the pad and WE (I) want and need Calvin at the pad. (this is just a small list of things why Calvin should stay at the pad, I could come up with a lot more if needed)
